Thank you for the excellent Service & Delivery of the Tetratec EX 600 External Canister Filter. The kit was easy to install and the Quality of manufacture and design is first class. The filter has been running for 1 week and the most pleasing feature is its very quiet performance. This was a replacement for another make of Filter - Eheim 2215 Classic which after 4 years of use became very noisy but even when it was new its performance was not as good as the EX 600. I was also pleased with the ease of fitting to my Aquarium of the EX 600

Received very good and detailed advice from Mark regarding selection of suitable liner. Order received promptly as per schedule and was provided the ability to track delivery of my order. Quality of Butyl liner was as described and extremely suitable for the type of large pond we wished to create. If laid with care, the liner settles down extremely well without too many wrinkles, because of its relative flexibility (more like rubber versus the stiffer PVC) Worth paying the higher price. Overall, Value Aquatics proved to be a very reliable, quality supplier.
